Soon to be fully restored and renovated, this 1895 two story brick building is the ultimate in hip urban vintage feel. With beautifully restored tin ceilings, hand crafted bar, original solid hardwood maple floors, reclaimed barn wood ship lap siding, crystal chandeliers, exposed brick and stone walls and an enormous wall of windows letting in tons of natural light, the vibe is historical, industrial and warm. Photo directly above is the original venue space in its current condition. Over the next few months all 12,000 square feet of the building will be completely restored and renovated. Renovations include; custom built handcrafted bar, new bathrooms, and catering prep area, removing all of the wall plaster to reveal the original beautiful brick and stone, removing of the fluorescent lighting and replace with elegant crystal chandeliers and much, much more!! We will also be adding an 700 square foot Groom's Lounge in the mezzanine as well as a 1,000 square foot loft for the Bridal Loft which overlooks the beautiful historic downtown Faribault. Everything about this venue is fantastically unique in every way!!
The lower two photos are of what will soon become the Bridal Loft. With over 1,000 square feet of space, surrounded by 11 large windows, crystal chandeliers, original hardwood floors, private bathroom, huge private changing room and large parlor this space is like nothing else you will find ANYWHERE!!
