Located on the 2nd floor, directly above The 3 Ten Ballroom, The 3 Ten Rooftop Loft offers a 7,000 square foot sunlit filled event space complete with a 1,600 square foot Rooftop Patio, main level atrium, bridal suite, grooms lounge, and custom built bar. 

The Rooftop Loft is perfect for intimate events as well as medium sized gatherings up to 150 seated guests inside and an additional 150 seated on the rooftop patio. This beautiful and simply designed rustic, industrial setting can be transformed into a venue that will both warmly welcome and thrill your guests.

 

The space is perfect when used alone or in conjunction with The 3 Ten Ballroom which gives you even more flexibility and options.  Each venue perfectly compliments the other with many clients opting to host their ceremony and reception in The 3 Ten Ballroom and cocktail reception in The Rooftop Loft.  However the choice is yours how you utilize the space!!  The Rooftop Loft is also a favorite to be used for rehearsal dinners and engagement parties.
