The 3 Ten Event Venue is a wedding and event venue at 310 Central Avenue North, Faribault, Minnesota. This page explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We have tried to write it in plain English rather than legal language.
WHAT WE COLLECT
Information you give us. If you request our pricing lookbook or contact us through this site, we ask for your name, email address and phone number. If you write to us directly we also keep whatever you choose to tell us, such as your wedding date, your guest count and which of our spaces you are interested in.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, this one records basic technical information when you visit: your general location (city or region, not your street address), the type of device and browser you are using, which pages you looked at, how long you stayed, and which website or ad brought you here. This comes from cookies and similar tools.
WHY WE COLLECT IT
We use your contact information to send you the pricing lookbook you asked for, to answer your questions, to schedule a tour, and to follow up afterward. If you book with us, we use it to plan your event. We use the automatic information to understand which pages couples find useful, to see whether our advertising is working, and to fix problems with the site.
We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it, or share it with anyone who wants to market to you.
WHO ELSE TOUCHES IT
We use a small number of outside services to run the business, and each one only sees what it needs: Wix, which hosts this website and provides its analytics; Ideal Brides, the system we use to keep track of couples who have contacted us and to send our follow-up messages; Google, for Google Analytics and for our advertising; and Meta (Facebook and Instagram), for our advertising. Each of these companies has its own privacy policy governing what it does with information it receives. We may also share information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.
ADVERTISING AND COOKIES
We advertise on Google and on Meta. Those platforms may place cookies in your browser so they can show you our ads on other sites and so we can tell whether an ad led to an inquiry. You can turn off personalized advertising in your Google account settings and in your Facebook and Instagram settings, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser at any time. Blocking cookies will not stop you using this site.
EMAIL AND TEXT MESSAGES
If you give us your email address or phone number, we will use them to answer you and to follow up about your event by email and by text message. Message and data rates may apply. Every marketing email we send has an unsubscribe link at the bottom, and you can reply STOP to any text to end text messages. You can also write to sales@3teneventvenue.com and we will take you off the list.
HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
We keep inquiry information for as long as it is useful for following up, and we keep records of actual bookings for as long as we need them for business and tax purposes.
YOUR CHOICES
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to sales@3teneventvenue.com and we will take care of it. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under your state's law, and we will honor those.
CHILDREN
This site is meant for adults planning events. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, write to us and we will remove it.
SECURITY
We use reputable providers and take reasonable steps to protect your information. No website can promise perfect security, and we will not pretend otherwise.
CHANGES
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
