These terms apply to this website. They do not replace or change anything in a signed rental agreement. If something here and something in your signed contract ever disagree, the signed contract wins.

USING THIS SITE

You are welcome to browse this site, read it, and share it. Please do not copy our photographs, our written descriptions, or our layout for use on another business's website or listing. The photographs on this site are ours or are used with the photographer's permission, and they are not free to reuse.

NOTHING HERE HOLDS A DATE

Pricing, package details, capacities and availability shown on this site are for information. They are not an offer, and reading them does not reserve anything. A date is only yours when the rental agreement is signed and the down payment has been received. We do not hold dates informally, and nothing on this website or in an automated message from us changes that.

PRICING

We keep the prices on this site and in our pricing lookbook current, but they can change, and the price that applies to your event is the one written in your signed agreement. If you spot something on this site that looks out of date, please tell us so we can fix it.

LINKS TO OTHER SITES

This site links to a few other places, including our pricing lookbook, our sister venue, and our social media pages. We are not responsible for what happens on websites we do not run.

FORMS AND MESSAGES

When you request our pricing lookbook you are asking us to send it and to follow up with you about your event by email and text message. You can ask us to stop at any time and we will. How we handle what you send us is described in our Privacy Policy at www.3teneventvenue.com/privacy-policy.

NO GUARANTEE THAT THE SITE IS PERFECT

We do our best to keep this site accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be error free or always online. We are not liable for a loss that comes from relying on information here rather than on your signed agreement.
