The 3 Ten is a restored 1895 building in downtown Faribault: 25,000 square feet of exposed brick, pressed tin, and handcrafted detail, with two independent event spaces. The Ballroom holds up to 430 guests at street level. Upstairs, the Rooftop Loft hosts up to 150 with its own bar, its own entrance, and a 1,700-square-foot open-air rooftop patio.
Every wedding here is built around the couple. Lean on us for nearly everything, or bring your own vendors and do it your way. The choice is always yours.

Walk both spaces with us, about 45 minutes. You'll leave with a handwritten quote covering every dollar.
Sign the contract, make your down payment, and the date is yours.
Fourteen hours of event time, a dedicated event coordinator, and setup, teardown, and cleaning handled by our team.

Q What is your guest capacity?
A The Ballroom can accommodate up to 430 guests at street level, while the Rooftop Loft offers a more intimate setting for up to 150 guests with its own dedicated entrance and bar.
Q What's included in the rental?
A Every rental includes tables, wood Chiavari chairs, LED lighting, a bartender, a dedicated event coordinator, two getting-ready suites, a custom bar, patio access, liability insurance, and full setup, teardown, and cleaning.
Q How does catering work?
A We partner with five preferred caterers: Arna Farmer Catering, Pizzeria 201, Classic Catering, Green Mill Catering, and A'BriTin Catering. There is no fee for these partners. For other licensed caterers, a $500 fee applies.
Q How long do we have the venue?
A Our standard event time is 14 hours, from 10:00 AM until midnight. For any additional hours beyond this window, an extra $175 per hour applies to cover the extended staffing and setup.
Q How do we lock in our date?
A Locking your date requires a signed contract and a $2,500 nonrefundable down payment. This ensures your wedding day is reserved for you and protects your investment against last-minute changes.
Q Can we have our ceremony on site?
A Yes, and about 95% of our couples do. The $1,000 ceremony fee includes a full room changeover and setup by our team.
Q Can we rent the whole building?
A You can rent just one space, or the entire building. We offer flexible rental options to fit your unique vision and budget for your wedding celebration.
Q Do you offer a two-day package?
A Yes, we do. It's an extra $1,000 and you get extra time for setup, rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, and bringing all your decor and items the night before, taking your time and not feeling the pressure of doing it all on the day of.
