The 3 Ten is a restored 1895 building in downtown Faribault: 25,000 square feet of exposed brick, pressed tin, and handcrafted detail, with two independent and unique event spaces. The Ballroom holds up to 430 guests at street level. Upstairs, the Rooftop Loft hosts up to 150 guests. Each space with its own bar, entrance, suites and outdoor patio space.

The Ballroom fits up to 430 guests. The Rooftop Loft is a more intimate space for up to 150 guests with a rooftop patio.

Add a Thursday evening, 4 to 9 PM, to any Friday wedding. Rehearsal, dinner, decor drop-off, and an open bar 5-8 PM.

Good to Know
What is your guest capacity?
The Ballroom holds up to 430 guests at street level. The Rooftop Loft holds up to 150. Each space has its own entrance, getting-ready suites, patio and bar.
What's included in the rental?
Tables, wood Chiavari chairs, LED lighting, a bartender, a dedicated event coordinator, two getting-ready suites, a custom bar, patio access, liability insurance, and full setup, teardown and cleaning.
How does catering work?
Choose from five preferred caterers with no fee: Arna Farmer Catering, Pizzeria 201, Classic Catering, Green Mill Catering, and A'BriTin Catering. Any other licensed caterer is welcome for a $500 fee.
Can we bring our own alcohol?
All drinks are served through our full-service bar, including mocktails, NA options and THC beverages. A professional bartender is included.
Can we have our ceremony on site?
Yes, and about 95% of our couples do. The $1,000 ceremony fee includes a full room changeover and setup by our team, with indoor and outdoor options.
How long do we have the venue?
Standard event time is 14 hours, from 10:00 AM until midnight. Additional hours are $195 per hour.
How do we lock in our date?
A signed contract and a $2,500 nonrefundable down payment reserve your date.
