Day of Coordination Services

The 3 Ten Event Venue proudly offers day of coordination service to our clients! Below you will find a list of complimentary Event Coordinator services, as well as our superior Day of Coordination package.

Complementary Event Coordination

  • Event lead through planning – up to 10 hours

  • Unlimited correspondence via email with your personal coordinator

  • Personalized decor consultation

  • Final meeting 30 days prior to event date to complete a venue walk through and discuss

  • Banquet Event Order, decor, vendor logistics, finalized timeline and floor plan. · Onsite building host day of event

Day-Of Event Coordination Upgrade - $600 or $550 (Reception only) \ Late Night Add-On - $300

Wedding Week:

  • Event Coordinator - Complimentary service with booking

  • Event lead through planning – up to 10 hours

  • Final timeline confirmation with your coordinator

  • Call/email placed to each hired vendor to confirm details, timeline and contracts

  • Unlimited correspondence via email with your personal coordinator

  • Finalization of décor setup plan for ceremony (if onsite) and reception

  • Attendance and coordination at wedding rehearsal

Wedding Day:

  • Act as command central for vendors, guests and wedding party

  • Manage all wedding day emergencies that arise

  • Communicate with all vendors of proper placement and timing of services

  • Ensure ceremony (if onsite), and reception space is decorated as planned - such as setting up guest book, ceremony programs, favors, seating charts/cards, etc

  • Setup head table & guest table décor - needs to be discussed with your coordinator prior to event as to what may be included or could result in an additional fee

  • Be aware of daytime events for the Bride and Groom, wedding party, vendors & guests

  • Round up and cue wedding party when it is time to walk down the aisle· (if onsite)

  • Ensure musicians are cued appropriately for ceremony processional (if onsite)

  • Ensure marriage license is signed and in the proper hands to be notarized (if onsite)

  • Make certain all last minute touches and decorations are taken care of at reception site

  • Make sure all candles are lit at appropriate time

  • Answer all guests’ questions graciously throughout the day (act as host)

  • Manage the timing of reception events as determined by Bride and Groom (entrance of wedding party, cake cutting, welcome speech, dinner, toasts, special dances, exits, announcements, etc.)

  • Ensure the day runs as scheduled

  • Ensure gifts are removed by a pre-determined person at the appropriate time

Late Night (7:30pm until event conclusion): 

  • Assist with tear down and pack up of all décor items that were set up in event space

  • Help with dessert table restock and/or late night snack logistics if applicable

  • Pull linens at the very end of night if client is taking with them

  • Make sure all décor is packed up and near front entrance/exit by event end
