The 3 Ten Event Venue proudly offers day of coordination service to our clients! Below you will find a list of complimentary Event Coordinator services, as well as our superior Day of Coordination package.

Complementary Event Coordination

Complementarty Services with Event Booking

  • Event lead through planning – up to 10 hours

  • Unlimited correspondence via email with your personal coordinator

  • Personalized decor consultation

  • Final meeting 30 days prior to event date to complete a venue walk through and discuss

  • Banquet Event Order, decor, vendor logistics, finalized timeline and floor plan. · Onsite building host day of event

Day-Of Event Coordination

$550 upgraded package

 

Everything that is included in the Event Coordinator service plus the following:

Wedding Week:

  • Final timeline meeting with your coordinator

  • Phone calls placed to each hired vendor to confirm details, timeline and contracts

  • Distribution of timeline to all appropriate people to ensure everyone knows the plan for the day

  • Event Coordinator - Complimentary service with event booking 

  • ·Event lead through planning – up to 10 hours

  • Unlimited correspondence via email with your personal coordinator · 

  • Personalized vendor recommendations

  • ·Attendance and coordination at wedding rehearsal

Wedding Day (including but not limited to): Up to 2 Planners

  • Act as command central for vendors, guests and wedding party

  • Manage all wedding day emergencies that arise Communicate with all vendors of proper placement and timing of services

  • Ensure ceremony (if onsite), and reception site is decorated as planned such as set up guest book, ceremony programs, favors and guest seating arrangements.

  • Centerpieces will need to be discussed with your coordinator as to what may be included or could result in an additional fee

  • Manage the timing of events for the Bride and Groom, wedding party, family, vendors and guests

  • Round up and cue wedding party when it is time to walk down the aisle·

  • Ensure musicians are cued appropriately for pace and timing of ceremony

  • Ensure marriage license is signed and in the proper hands to be notarized.

  • Make certain all last minute touches and decorations are taken care of at reception site

  • Make sure all candles are lit at appropriate time

  • Answer all guests’ questions graciously throughout the day (act as host)

  • Cue timing of all events at reception as determined by Bride and Groom (entrance of wedding party, cake cutting, welcome speech, dinner, toasts, special dances, exits, announcements, garter/bouquet toss, etc.)

  • Ensure the day runs as scheduled

  • Ensure you are organized and packed up for your exit at the end of the night

  • Transfer gifts to a secure location and ensure they are removed by your pre-determined person

  • Assist with tear down, which includes assisting in packing up all special items to be removed and held for you (cake topper, guest book, table decor, etc.)
