Located on the 1st floor of our Faribault, MN wedding venue, directly below The Rooftop Loft, The 3 Ten Ballroom offers a 10,000 square foot sunlit filled event space complete with a 700 square foot intimate Alley Patio, bridal suite, groom's lounge, and custom built bar.
The Ballroom is perfect for intimate events as well as large gatherings up to 430 seated guests. This beautiful and simply designed rustic, industrial setting can be transformed into a venue that will both warmly welcome and thrill your guests.
The space is perfect when used alone or in conjunction with The 3 Ten Rooftop Loft which gives you even more flexibility and options. Each venue perfectly compliments the other with many clients opting to host their ceremony and reception in The 3 Ten Ballroom and cocktail reception in The Rooftop Loft. However the choice is yours how you utilize the space!!
