The main-level atrium is ideal for cocktail hours, small ceremonies, or creating a stunning grand entrance for you and your guests. The Loft ballroom works beautifully for ceremonies and receptions, while the rooftop patio offers ample space for dinner, dancing, or one of its most popular uses, ceremonies and cocktail hours. This beautiful and simply designed rustic, industrial setting can be transformed into a venue that will both warmly welcome and thrill your guests.

 

The space is perfect when used alone or in conjunction with The 3 Ten Ballroom which gives you even more flexibility and options.  Each venue perfectly compliments the other with many clients opting to host their ceremony and reception in The 3 Ten Ballroom and cocktail reception in The Rooftop Loft.  However the choice is yours how you utilize the space!!  The Rooftop Loft is also a favorite to be used for rehearsal dinners and engagement parties.
